Ingredients
● 1 medium-sized zucchini
● 1 large carrot carrot
● ½ cup mushroom
● Kimchi
● 1 red bell pepper
● 1 cup Spinach
● 1 cup steamed rice
● 1 egg
● Salt, to taste
● Gochujang (optional)
Directions
1. Slice the zucchini according to VASTA Instructions, using the fettuccine blade
2. Rinse, peel, and julienne carrots
3. Rinse and thinly slice the mushrooms and red bell pepper
4. Cook each vegetable separately
5. Make fried sunny side up egg
6. Put the rice into a bowl and added assorted vegetables and egg on top of the rice
7. Serve with gochujang sauce
8. Mix the ingredients well in the bowl
9. Enjoy!
