
Turkey Bolognese with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
● 3 medium-sized zucchinis/summer squash
● 1 package of lean turkey meat
● Fajita seasoning (store-bought)
● Marinara sauce
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini/summer squash according to VASTA instructions, using the
fettuccine blade
2. Put the package of turkey meat along with ¼ of Fajita mix into a bowl
3. Mix the turkey meat with your hands until it absorbs the seasoning
4. Coat a pan, and the turkey, with olive oil and begin cooking the meat
5. Continue until it is cooked through - make sure it doesn’t form large chunks
6. Combine marinara sauce and cooked turkey meat in the pan
7. In a separate pan, coat with olive oil and cook zoodles
8. Cook zoodles until desired texture
9. Combine zoodles and turkey meat in a bowl
10. Enjoy!
