What temperature should my produce be when using Vasta?
Vasta performs best when the produce is at room temperature, however, if the core of the fruit/veggie is softer, we recommend placing the food in the fridge or freeze for a little while for it to harden up. If the core is too hard, try blanching it in water to soften it before entering the skewer. Experiment – that’s part of the fun!!

What fruits and vegetables can I use with Vasta?

Vasta works best with fruits and vegetables that are not softer than zucchini or harder than a potato.  

Why do my sheets or noodles come out as one piece or multiple pieces?

It can depend on the shape or temperature of your vegetable/fruit. Vegetables & fruits are not perfectly round and will cause sheets or noodles to come out as one piece or multiple pieces. Try allowing your food to reach room temperature before cutting.

 Are the cutting blades Stainless steel?

Yes, the blades are made of FDA grade 420 Stainless Steel. They are very sharp, so please put on the blade guards when not in use.

When should I enter the easy grip handle?

What should I do with the left-over produce?
We recommend loading it on the Vasta or saving the scraps for other creations like salads! 

Is Vasta dishwasher safe?

When will my account be charged?
Your account is never charged until your order ships. If you see any pending charge from Vasta or AS SEEN ON TV ITEM on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available so your product can ship without delay.

How long will it take for a refund to reflect on my payment method?
Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law.

What is the Money Back Guarantee Period?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 1 year of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding processing and handling.

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
